Just the fact you are going is good thing. Enjoy it and keep us up to date. Now get off of the PC and go wrench on your Tamiya kid!

Default Mabuchi Tuned Motors

TAOB Motorsports will be releasing TWO mabuchi tuned motors..

a "high-torque" version for tight technical tracks like socal. and a "high-speed" version for tracks like tamiya and oc circuit

these motors are hand TUNED by GT2 National Champion himself Ian Aquino.

Charlie,

Lets start at 8 am and race all day. Also how about a 6 car min. for a class , otherwise it will be deleted or combined.

See you at the race.

I have floodlights...all i need are xtra long extension chords(250' each) and plug them into teh community center...3 total.

ANyway...we should not need that if we start at 9am and have no breaks. no waiting either. Just go and if ur late...oh well.

Default RETIREMENT! 12/12/04

Well first of all I would like to say that I have never, ever, ever, ever enjoyed something so much and now have to give up.

As of December 12, 2004 I will be retiring from R/C racing and dedicating all of my time to Community Services. I will also be holding a GOING OUT OF RACING SALE and Everything must go.

I will post the information that I will have at the race just incase anyone is interested and I look forward to seeing you all for the last race of my R/C Career.

I will have a speach prepared as well, I hope that CB will let me hold the mic for a while.

Giving up R/C is tuffer than smoking was.

Talking Toys!!!

Hey Charlie,

I was digging though some stuff today and came across some of those silly looking "chevron" cars. Would these be alright to donate for the T4T race? They are still sealed in the orginal packaging. The box says they're safe for kids over three. Please let me know.

TC

i heard people "never" really retire from this hobby. they just take prolonged breaks from it. from a week off (me) to months (ian) to years...? so we're hoping to race with you again real soon!
