Default 1/8 scale has finally found a home on Long Island

Great news!!
Long Island finally has a 1/8 track
Brian Tucci and myself are putting this together
A friend did mentioned this earlier but the thread was pulled
Its in Mannorville. Five minutes off the LIE
The track will not only be for the 1/8 scales but 1/10 scales as well
Lights for night time racing, electric, water and later real flushing bathrooms maybe with a/c as well
We will be out there this Saturday to start the layout.
Pictures will be posted soon

hey.. just searching google for an off road Long Island track and spotted this. Had to sign up.

So I have been a backyard RC basher my entire life.. im getting married in 3 months and need to get settled in on a hobby or two BEFORE im married to set some sort of precedence.

Definetly willing to volunteer some time for track building or whatever is needed.

I do work a lot of hours, but am available some weekdays after 6, Saturday after 4 or Sunday almost anytime.

PM me if you need me..

AWESOME! The best part is, if you run outta toilet paper, I can run home to drop the kids off in the pool and still get back intime for my next qualifier!
