Atleast you guys last drove your supers at the worlds. I last drove mine at the NJ Challenge last year and it's still broken since I hadn't touched it since. I last raced my r40 about 3 months ago so I'm not in the best shape either. It's going to be the battle of the rust.

-Treky, I thought you had been actively racing that r40.

-Todd, believe me it's very difficult to get Contender to practice. Usually he doesn't. I'm planning on repairing my super in the next couple days so if you want we could do it on Friday.

Hope you can make it....

Hey man, just had to take a break this summer, but I'm going to do everything to make it up to the challenge. If I do make it, I won't be competing in concours just racing. So this will give someone else a chance to win concours.

So what do the entries look like so far. And where is everyone staying. Anything cheaper than $100/night?

The total # of entries is 188 as of now. With a limit of 200.
The entries are listed here
I booked the host hotel,Holiday Inn, Suffern, through expedia and saved a few bucks.

I booked the Holiday Inn for a few dollars less through lodging.com

When I was shopping around, $100 seemed to be the average.

Only 188 entries?

Man, no wonder HPI prefers the Savage Slams. They get like 60 entries.

HPI-Math tells us that 60 entries are better than 200. Therefore, they should can the whole "Challenge-Thing" and just run Savage Slams!

This is going to be fun. Ray Murray: I will wrench on all your cars if I can pit close to you. Not right next to...I'm not that cool. Maybe a few canopies down just to feel the "ambience".

I will only be there in spirit this year....As much as I wanted to come, I just didn't have enough time re-arrange my race schedule and get the extra time off from work to make it fit.

We have quite a few going up to rePrESeNT from our area!

I will make it up to all next year....::evil laugh::

PIMP ON BREATHEREN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

What??? No Ray?

That's truly disappointing.

Perhaps we could get Thad to dress up like a pimp and arrive in a low-rider. Alas! It just won't be the same.
