Stock buggy- boost/ timing, sponsors allowed. Sportsmen- no timeing/ boost no sponsorships.

Why can't we run boost in stock buggy? Roar says we can.

Doesn't matter still stupid we can't run boost when almost every ESC has boost it's a function on the ESC, I could understand its sportmen but stock, come on.

Stock with boost = sandbaggers that want all the motor but no competition, so run mod. The rules are set for this race so no reason to ask why or why not just come and have fun.

Wrong.

Stock with boost is a function on the speedo that is ROAR legal. This race is flowing ROAR rules( well not really). So running boost in stock at this race would be legal. Almost every speedo now has a function that you can boost a motor.

If this was sportsmen buggy then I would understand 100% but it's not.

Yeah guys, like Justin said. You cannot run boost in stock. Run all the motor you want in mod. It is a 16-18 second track so the boost will make almost no difference anyway.

It is not a ROAR race and ROAR rules don't necessarily apply. If you have a full chassis sponsorship, you cannot race stock.

If you want to race at our track, you cannot run boost in any stock class at any race. Just the way it is. Every speed control has the no-boost option as well.

But, we hope to have all of you attend and we already have nearly 40 entries and the race is almost 6 weeks away.

I'm so confused. (more than normal) Can a rep from the track please confirm if timing boost can be run in the Pro 2 Stock class. Not wanting to start a war...it's your BBQ, just want to attend.

Thanks guys.
