There are several problems.

1. That's the week after the wife's birthday

2. I am dead nuts broke

3. There are no carpet tracks in my area, but one is supposed open up soon

4. I only race 1/12 scale (I will never buy another touring car!) and that means new car, new 1s battery, new sc, ,and probably new motor.

Just a word about laptimes and car numbers for the Lincoln race. I know absolutely nothing about the Lincoln track but Ft. Meyers also has 12.0 or lower laptimes for 1/8th and has no problem with 10 car heats and 11 or 12 car mains.

Like you said it will be fine the lanes are plenty wide and our driver stand is 34 feet long. That being said we have more than 12 cars running at one time on the track during practice. And have ran 10 and 12 car mains many times. I know that when we ran the RC Pro Series here we had 12 car mains with no problems at all.

Just a note at the last onroad nats there where radio "issues" when more than 15 or 16 with all the DSM radios, this needs to be looked at before.The event starts.The ROAR management team know about this. So that 34 foot driver stand that will hold 20 plus people is great but at whos expense....METHENY
