I remember going here to watch a number of times. May come out at the end of summer again as well. Super nice, large outdoor track thats perfect for the 1/8 E's.

The guys changed the layout this weekend and are making some final tweeks this week. This weekend's race will be the first on the new layout. There is a pretty big Electric crowd on Saturdays and and even bigger Nitro crowd on Sundays. Lots of great people and Roger (the track and shop owner) is a super nice guy. We look forward to you and anybody coming out. I will be the man in the booth and racing Slash on Sundays if you want to stop by and say hi.

Definately sounds like it has blown up quite a bit since I was out there in 07. Are the electric guys running 4S lipo?

4S seems to be the sweet spot for the current Mamba Monster conversions. If they offered a lower Kv motor (in a combo) then 5S or 6S we be the way to go. I have a 2200 and run 4S and it is over kill. I would really like to run 6S but I cannot gear down enough with the motor I have.

Round 9 (August 8-9) will be a two day race. Saturday will be qualifying and Sunday will be the mains. There will be prizes and give-aways for the final race.
