Teaser photos!
Renovations started this weekend...painter will be working on detail work this week. Looks to be green infield and exterior, white border and red and white checkers at the apex of the corners!
4 ft steel fence around onroad track is schedule and wood stockade style fence is going around offroad track. Just waiting on the contractor.
Clearing lot next to track for additional onroad/offroad pit space

Good to hear...it would be great to have the New York crowd make it down whenever possible.
We tried our best to avoid overlap with Floyd proposed dates but again there only on so many weekends in the season with holidays etc.
Hope to see everyone at the track...keep checking back towards week end for more pics on work projects.

everything looks great i will have to swing up agian when i get back form kentucky
by the way if anyone is looking to go on vacation never ever go to louisville the only thing to do is go to the slugger factory and that takes all of 30 minutes haha

Little setback with the paint.
It had to be special ordered. Paint for tennis courts.
It will look MEGA!
Nice and bright and it wont fade and be safe for marshall to run across if it is slightly damp.
Paint should be in mid week and expected 4days turnaround so possibly next weekend the layout will be all painted in.
General cleanup will be underway this weekend to prep for paint and fine tuning of audio/pa gear.
Mark what are you doing in Kentucky...did the plane get lost...never heard of anyone going to Ky on purpose! HA!

Offroad is still in waiting stages...contractor has to install water tank and fence.
No point in building track w/o fence as it will become a motocross track for the local kids!!
Everything is scheduled just waiting on the contractors.

Contractor started to prep and will be installing fence offroad and onroad track and irrigation tank on monday.
Paint should be in on wednesday.
I will get some additional pics mid-week as work goes on.
I have a video from the driverstand just cant figure out how to upload...working on it.

congrats on new track and good luck on the upcomming year. I bet you would have a better tunout in the northeast for offroad if you possibly staggered it with the other area local tracks. I for one am eager to get up and see your track but other local longstanding tracks are having their opener on that day, your also having a tropghy race on a northeast proseries date. I think as a racer i would like to see all you track owners work together a little that way possibly the turnouts are 100-150 rather than 30-40. just my 2 cents. I live in ny and travel every weekend so i usually try to go where everyone/more racers are going so the competition is better and that only happens when the turnouts are better.
