R/CGT Spring Nationals @BCR 5/2 & 5/3
RCGT Spring Nationals –
Sunday May 3rd

One Set of HPI X Pattern D Compound tires will be provided to the first 25 Entries.
Entry Fee: $25.00 per enty, Saturday practice only $15.00 ($5.00 discount for RCGT Drivers who will be racing in the Spring Nationals.
Race format: Saturday: Open Practice .
Sunday 2 rounds of qualifying and then the mains. (+1 BUMP UPS IN ALL MAINS).
Here are the Official Rules:
-WEIGHT: Minimum weight requirement of 1400 grams
-MOTORS: 17.5 Brushless Motors only
-BATTERIES: 6 cell NiMH or 2 cell LiPo 7.2/7.4v battery limit.
-TIRES:Must use the pre-mounted D-Compound X-Pattern tires (more info to follow)
-Tire additives "ARE" allowed
- CHASSIS-Any 1/10th scale 4WD Touring Car chassis.
- BODIES: Any "realistic/scale" Touring Car/GT body, 190mm or 200mm
(No Stratus, Mazda 6, Andy’s Accord, or race bodies)
-Bodies should represent models from the Touring Car series, GT2, GT1 classes in ALMS, LeMans, Speed Challenge etc., and we also encourage the use of authentic racing paint schemes
-WINGS: Kit Lexan wings or Plastic realistic wing set(s) ONLY!(no high downforce aftermarket wings allowed)
Additional Rules:
-Use of styling accessories encouraged, such as mufflers, intercoolers, mirrors, wipers, etc.
-No IFS Bodies Allowed
-No one-ways allowed. (Cars must have 4-wheel braking at all times)
-Practice Tires: During Practice sessions racers may use their own wheel/HPI X Pattern tires. During qualifying and mains the HPI X-Pattern (Teched) tires must be used.
-No Tampering with the wheels, rims, tires or inserts.

Just got another confirmation from HPIRacing and the 1st 25 drivers to sign up for this race will receive 1 set of Free X-Pattern Tires (no rims).

HPI Racing had agreed to donating up to 50 sets of tires to make sure that every racer has a chance to score a free set of tires! Sunday, Sunday, Sunday!!!
