Hobby Headquarters, Drums (Northeastern, PA)
Hobby Headquarters in Drums,Pa is looking forward to a great 2009 season. Last season started slow and was eventually scrapped to concentrate on getting everything complete. The on site hobby shop is now complete. The track will be reconfigured for this season. The drivers stand will be covered. 1/8 buggy and truggy classes for sure and possibly an SC8 class if there are enough. We currently have about 10 drivers committed to running truggy and or buggy. Alan and Terri Cooper have put a great deal of time and money into building a great place to race. So give them a look at www.hhqrctrackpa.com and maybe join us for a race this season.

Thanks for starting the post rick,
Yes to all, this track is really dialed. I went up today for the fist time.
check out : http://s735.photobucket.com/albums/w...0headquarters/
The owner has really put alot of work into this track, it is literally a state of the art track, handicapped accessible as well. Pictures dont do it justice. The driverstand will also be covered by or during the start of the 09 season.
The Track is about an hour from The Lehigh Valley area. North of Palmerton.
Lets get some feedback going, so we can plan for a successful season..

Checked this place out over the weekend and it's progressing nicely. The layout flows very well. Also looks like gas truck and slash will be able to handle most of it with plenty of options on various jump sections.

Probably going up for the open house this Saturday.

Looking at my schedule I'm won't be there until 1pm or so. Is the Open House a race or just practice?
