Hey Everyone.
We talked with Juan this evening and were trying to figure out what day/night would be best to run.

Friday
= racing after 4pm (Juan get's off work at 3pm) so a few of the people have to help prep for him.
Racing may go past sundown.

Saturday
=We can start the reg time and reg program but please be aware the store will be closed. So basically no bathroom, etc..etc....and I'm not sure what in the area will open during our race hours for racers to use.

I have a feeling people will be there both days...either way...the decision needs to be on which day is the actual race day.

Any feedback...in the next 24 or less hours would be great to possibly help decide.

Ok well I know were u guys can use the bathroom at the club flying field I belong 2 it right off of newburg road it's on gradwal switch rd at the lvrcs field I can race Friday

Ok everyone, looks like the decision has been made on this weeks racing.

FRIDAY under the lights.
Start time is 4 - 4:30pm.

Of course practice can start way before then.


Juan doesn't get of work until 3pm, if anyone can volunteer to help clean and prep it would very appreciated.

We can at least two qualifiers and a Main, perhaps if we all move we can get in 3 quals.

If mother nature decides not to play nice then Saturday will be make up.

We get the both worlds...Racing on Friday....BBQ on Sat with families.

Friday night sounds good to me. Chris will be working, so I should be able to "sneak out" and run a few races.

Just a reminder, BRING YOUR PIT LIGHT. We are racing off into the darkness.

Classes to run:

17.5 rubber

13.5 rubber

Vintage

Let's keep it moving along, so we get 3 rounds of qualifying. After your race is over, head right out to marshal. Juan should not have to call everyone out to marshal. When the drivers are ready, he should be able to hit the button and not wait for everyone to get done BSin and get to the track.

Got you covered on the body, Matt. You can use the the one I got on John Bath's car. I haven't run it yet and he only ran it one race day. If your running on Friday, I'll have it. I'm also gonna run a few laps Saturday morning. You can use it either day. See ya then.

Ok well terry u need 2 relize that it doesn't get dark till 8:30 so we should b done by then maybe even start before juan gets there I'll shoot off fireworks at the end of the night I'll fix my x-ray for Friday and race maybe I'll be able 2 sneak out time 2 time 2 race I'll try to get there early before the shop opens I need much needed practice crap now I'm starting 2 talk like kitchen
