Hello everyone, the flier is done. I just do not know how to put it up on the forum. I will have the flier up on rcracing, speedworld and rctech tonight after I receive some help doing so tonight.
I just want to say to all you racers again thank you for everything and all you support over the last 2 months. I hope to see all of you at least one more time before end year and that is at the 8th Annual SpeedWorld Cup July 12-13. I always would like to see all of you more, but I understand.
We have a few changes in our format this year. We will have 4 qualifiers and 1 bump up for each main. We will run 2 qualifiers on Saturday and 2 on Sunday and then the mains to follow. Rocket round still in effect. Their will be 11 cars in the mains. We will have a Master 13.5 Class. The master class you must be 40 years old the day of the race and a BBR Group C 200mm class.
NEW 2008: Bump ups – Master Class and 4 Qualifiers – 11 cars in the mains – Prototype group C under BBR rules.
SpeedWorld has always in the 9 years have given awesome trophies for the top 10 A main finishers and so on, but under different circumstances I can not do that any longer unless we have early sign -ups. This will let me have an idea how many cars in each class before the race deadline. I have taken losses over the years, sorry guys, I can not do that any longer. You can still sign up at the track the day of the race but their will be a late fee of $10.00. If there are not enough entries to make a class, the class will be cancelled at the deadline date.
I will post all entries and classes on www.speedworldraceway.com under 8th Annual on the left menu bar of our site daily when entries are received. You can use you credit card but $1.50 will be added on to the fee. There is not too many tracks that take c.c. for racing so we have to do this for cost.
7 cars make a class. The reason is that I need most of the turn marshal position field around the track since the track is much larger and to marshal the next race with 10 cars on the track. 7 cars should not be a problem. Trophies will be awarded accordingly to class entry by deadline.
Thank you Billy
