Thanks, I've run a handful of Tamiya bodies and the RE Amemiya RX7 has been my favorite so far, Id imagine due to the shape its somewhat in the middle of these two. I may just paint them all and do some more testing.

To all the Tamiya Aliso Track locals...
You are not 'cool' if you do not buy and race one of these body-sets..
Some of the best-est, fun-est, most entertaining-est, exciting-est and close-est racing ive ever experienced was when we raced these types of bodies (yokomo RT-head) back in the 1990-2000 era..
Get ready to get 'MAN-handled'
that is all...

I also had a Yokomo truck body back then. Is that a new Tamiya version?

It is a 'prototype' BodySet from Tamiya shown at the HobbyShow. Mounted on TT01E(sedan)..
I'm guessing it will fit my GT10 sedan quite nicely.

I remember running a Euro truck body on my 414M II back in the day. From the looks of this one, looks like will only fit on a shaft chassis and possibly too low behind the cab to work on a belt chassis.

Anyone try the Sumo Nissan GT-R shell on their TRF419? What are you thoughts compared to other shells? Got a great deal on this body, and will be using it for TCS event next month. Thanks.

Euro Truck Class
Im almost certain the belt drives of today have lower component placement than that of the 414M II of 10years ago. The TT01 is low, but is it that much lower than the rest of the current? We shall see.

Let's start coming up with the rules now.
Easy. Pro Spec class body. ehhhhhhh
M06 mini class race
Any thoughts on a segment of mini for the m06 only? Rear drive is cool and can be fairly fast. If there was a heat of just rear drive, and no I am not referring to the "d" main, it would be fun.
Thoughts?

By us on carpet the M06 is several tenths faster than the M05...on asphalt not so much. I prefer to drive fwd minis and wouldn't complain about them being split but it'd probably dilute the class.
Let's not dilute
I plan to race it on black top, but it may not be competitive. But then again, neither am I!

Kinda of Bummed that 1/12 GT 13.5 is being eliminated from this years TCS. Now I have to scramble to get a 21.5 Reedy motor for my mini. Gonna have to give GT2 a try this year for my 3rd class (since technically I am not eligible for GT3). Still should be the usual good time at this years TCS at "The Track"

Which none trip winning classes are being raced in the regional is up to regional decision right? Or I got this part wrong?
