Hey Billy,
FYI, the sanction form was submitted to ROAR and the paper work is in place. Unfortunately, I'm unable to attend this regional event as my wife just gave birth to our first child, Andrew Michael Giordano.
I'll likely see everyone towards the early part of 2008.
Also, I wanted to put this out there for those region 2 members. So far Kevin Boyle has been very helpful volunteering to help as the off-road director.
As a result of my work, where I live and the new addition to the family, I feel its going to be difficult for me to effectively serve as the Region 2 director. The past 4 months have been really hard and I know its only going to get harder.
Most of the on-road racing is centered in lower NJ and MD. It would be better to have an on-road region director who lives in this area. Billy has been very active in promoting on-road events in the region and I'd like to see him get more involved. If anyone else would like to make a go at, please let us know you're interested.
