Rubber brushless(19t brushed welcome) only for me. No foam or brushed motors.

Hey Guy, how have you been. Talked to Melvin Saturday. He said you have been diggin the 301 scene. Long mains are the real deal aren't they? Hope to see you out there this winter.

They sure are. And bump-ups always keep you motivated.

Although its hard for me to walk off the stand after even a 20m main.

I am still in school... I am back in town though. I will see you at the track on friday. I will run my 18R with you guys. it looks like we run what we bring as long as Electric?

We all run 1/10th TC. Some run 12th scale though. "teamGP" has a few cars for sale...

I don't have much experience as some of the locals do but I have gotten my lap times down to 11.07 seconds with the current layout on CS27's and using a CO27 motor. "teamGP" was doing 9.00 seconds flat on foams with a 19T back in DEC2006. Rubber on carpet is really fun compared to foams.

Thats a pretty darn good lap time with stock on rubber and not much traction.

Eight A mains in a row, top 5 finishes in the last 2 regionals and 2 wins in the last 3 club races isn't exactly luck.

These people have definitely confirmed with me that they will be there to race. More have promised but you never know if they are serious or not. We all prefer a spec tire like the CS27 and stock motors. Dave G. is running rubbers with a 19T so that class should be open too. Sounds like fun...
