Good looking out Glen... With so much going on and tracks closing up... It's nice to have another venue to race at even if it's a parking lot setup... As far as location, I'm looking at the 91 fwy/Artesia- Vermont intersection and I'm trying to figure out where would you set the track up... I believe there is something on each corner of that intersection... Anyways... Looking forward to it as I'm sure many others are as well... Great job Big G...

Hey if you need anything I am always available and once again congrats on the new spot and anytime I can be of service ring me up. Hope to be racing with you guys again real soon. Let me know the date for the first race I will try and make it down and will bring Toys for Tots as well. I am working with local Marines and Army Corp here to try and host a Toys for Tots event as well. Should be finalized in a week or so...

Here's the update,

We have sent the tentative schedule to the city this week and also renewed club membership to ROAR. When the site insurance arrives next week, we can give that to the city and post a race schedule.

We hope to have 1 race at the last weekend in October, Warmup race for TFT 2nd weekend of Novenber, and the TFT 2nd weekend of December.

I am scheduling a club meeting 10:00 am Saturday Rocktober 13, 2007. We will be covering the equipment prep, club format, duties, update from the city etc. If you would like to attend the club meeting, send me an e-mail [email protected] and we will give you address and directions.
