Just talked to Mimi and she said no rubber tire racing so I guess I will have to sit this race out. It's a shame because we could have got at least 20 people to race.

There will be no rubber tire class. It was confirmed today with my discussion with Mimi. The classes are stock and 19T touring (foam tires). Stock and 19T 12th scale will be the other classes. There will need to be a sufficient number of either stock or 19T in 12th scale to run both classes. In other words it could be one class of 19T or stock.
This will not be a handout motor race. ROAR legal stock and 19T motors only. ROAR legal batteries as well.
The price for this race will be $35 for the first class and $25 for the second.

This will be a very visible race as no major sponsor is holding this event. This is a real put up or shut up type of event. All the major sponsors (motor, battery, chassis and bodies) will be in attendance and competing at this venue. You get the idea. What wins on this particular Saturday sells for the many weeks to come afterwards. Also have bragging rights. You got that friend on your list? Well this is where all of you should be!

the issues of the carpet be worn is not only the problem here.. found out other things are involved.... it will be only Foams.. so i guess we can drop it.
Non Handout motor which will keep the costs down also.
Now we need to look forward to this race. And we invite all to come and have a great time!!!
