Anybody got an answer??? One other question. Is there going to be a sportsman class? I saw it on the original entry form but not on the fancy one. Really looking forward to tommorrow hope everyone races well.

Default Post challenge thoughts,

Hello to all that attended or did not attend the Sedan challenge at the Frederick "C" (The r/c temple that Richard built)...I'm up at 1:00 am because I'm still pumped from the great racing action from today,,,,,I did not do as well as I would have liked but the spirit and sportsmanship I saw today made it one of the most memorable R/c events that I have ever attended, Thank you to Richard and staff , Paul, Team Wallbanger, and Bill at Full Throttle for a great day racing.

I want to thank all of the drivers that attended. I too saw a lot of sportsmanship , I think Debbie did a great job in tech and the racers were willing to lend a hand to the new drivers that showed up.
I think we have some of the nicest racers in the sport attending our races.

Yes, the sportsmandship showed yesterday was something that has been missing from a lot of events this year, lets hope it starts a new trend. When some of the racers had back-to-back runs the race director gave extra time so that no one missed their races. And no one ,AND I MEAN NO ONE, had any complaints with the event, the start times and the raffle...

OK, 1 complaint.... ME!! This this the third straight raffle I won siccors!!!!
I had warn Debbie that anything but that!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I saw a lot of racers ( including myself ) that needed parts/etc found out that every racer was there to hep them. Motors, batteries, gears, you name it and people openned up the secret spare parts bin to help.

To give an example of the class of racers, during one of the qualifiers a racer hit another car on the starting grid and broke a rear arm. The racer then offered his car and radio to the youngster (a first timer there and had an older car ) to race in that qualifier... BTW the car and radio that he offered were top of the line. The kid declined and thanked him. Right after the qualifier he made sure the car was repaired and he could race the rest of the day!!! Richard ( owner) and Debbie (Tech Queen ) gave the rookie something special to remember his first race.

Class store, Class owner, Class employees, Class Race Director, Class track and most of all Class racers.... Look out next year, I'mm gonna win something other than siccors!!!!!

First I want to thank Richard and Paul, the effort they put in shown thru yesterday. Next I need to thank Guy for hooking me up with the parts I needed for the Xray, and Sr. and Steve for helping to push my limits in the 12th scale trying to keep up with them. Thanks also to Allen at Twin Peaks Racing for dinner. Mojo it was nice to catch up with you after dinner. Now I just need to figure out how to dethrone King Steve. Hope to do it all again next year maybe by then I can find that 41 lap pace.

Joe
