karting is off the Hook. I'm racing this weekend out in Beaumont Ca and next weekend I will be out of town, no LM for me. I'm not going to enter the RROC this year, I have a few other things that I'm attempted to complete, but believe me, I will be there!

How's hockey season? I mean, How was Hockey season?

hey, when I return, you know I will need to borrow that soldering iron. LOL

Take care and good luck to all the homies who enter the RROC.

QUOTE]

Nearing the end of my ice league. Kind of boring as they put us in one level lower than we should be. We are 9-0 now and our closet game was only a 5-1 win.

NHL wise, dissapointing. Kings took a major nose dive over a month ago so have to cheer for the Ducks now as a vendor can get playoff tickets to both. Also, a guy on my ice team is friends with one of the top Duck players so they got me a deal on J.S. Guigere's leg pads that were only 10 games old. Having to get used to the purple color, but considering I paid way less than the $ 1500.00 they cost new, I'm adjusting.

Oh yeah, the Tamiya iron finally made it through thearpy. The shock of being used to unsolder a wire on an Associated car was too much for it to handle.

Hope the weather forecast is off so you get to run the kart this weekend.

Kevin - Last race 3/11/06, we were at Willow Springs and we ran in Snow, Rain and then Wind & Snow. I took second place in the old fat farts class. So Let it rain, let it snow!

Take care

And then how many days was the drawing delayed last year ? Or was it just the posting of the lucky lotto winners ? First time I entered this year. Just trying to figure out the right mood swings to prepare for.

So I should have used my friends Hong Kong address and I would have been in for sure ? Damn, going to have to change strategy for '07.

i'm confused... so far it seems the tire alloment is unlimited... but then the tamiya site shows this...

"Controlled Tire
A controlled tire will be used for all classes. The exact compound is the RP-30, provided by Schumacher USA and TAKE-OFF, on a pre-mounted and glued dish wheel. The tire allotment (4 total race sets) for the Invitational class will be the same as every year since the inception of the Reedy touring Car race. The open class allotment is under review and a update will be posted shortly. All controlled tires used at the Reedy Race must be purchased at the event. The race organizers will mark these tires for tech purposes. "

edit: ok i just re-read it... is it 4-sets for INVITE only? and OPEN classes have unlimited??? guess i'm still confused... haha

Invite class has 4 sets. They're still deciding if they want to go unlimited or not on the open classes. I guess they probably had some people unhappy about that.
