Refund
I bought a buggy on here and when I got it I found out it needed work and was not rtr like listed. I pm'd with the seller and he agreed to refund money for the junk ball diff that was in the car. Since then he has not responded to a single pm. Is there anyone I can talk to on here to help resolve this issue or should I just file a paypal claim.

How long have you waited to get the refund ? How long has it been since you last pm'd the seller? Did the seller log in here after you sent him the pm's that he never replied to?

It would be a good idea to move this thread to the trader feedback section. You may have to contact a Mod to do that.

You might want to request a Mod if they may help you with contacting the seller for one last time, and maybe he will reply to it. And if he still does not reply you should definitely file a paypal claim. You have 180 days to file a paypal claim from the date of purchase. So it would not hurt to try contacting the seller one more time with the help of a Mod. It could be that the seller just got busy with something which caused the lack of communication. How's his trader ratings ? Does he have a good reputation here ?
