Default Private Messaging issues!

I used to be able to but not anymore. I would go over to users name and a private message would appear and I could just click on it. Now if I click on users name it takes me to their page. Then even in their page where it says leave message or something like that. If I click on it then it will shoot me down to the halfway point on their page. Any ideas?

Try Chrome. No problems on my end using it. I despise IE, so slow.
