Post not showing up?
How long does it typically take for a moderator to approve a post?
I just joined today, (long-time lurker) because I would like to try to sell a ESC. I added pictures (one of the stickies in the For Sale/Trade forum), and it's been over 5 hours and still no sign of my post.
What gives?

It's only for the first 10 posts to prove you aren't a spambot. Be patient, a mod should get to it soon, give them some slack they aren't paid very well. 
Won't be able to post pictures or links until 10 posts either (unless maybe they feel comfortable based on some interaction, purely my speculation from seeing other such threads).
Hang in there, be off double secret probation before you know it.

No problem, but it (approval) does need to be done by and actual person, and none of us have set hours that we're here or look through every section. Especially the for sale forum, so it's easy for posts to get missed. In the end it's better for our members as a whole. Thanks for understanding
