There's a lot of folks in the Chicagoland region that don't want to go through the hassle of shipping their stuff.

Users(myself included) are listing for sale or want to buy in track threads that we frequent. Would it be possible to create a for sale and want to buy sub forum under Wisconsin & Illinois racing?

no, as the moderator of that section, no....

there are some regions that have sale areas, wisconsin, ill does not, i have no issue with posting something for sale in the local tracks thread, but not so much on the open forum....

Bummer. Thanks for the response. My thought was more a sub forum so it doesn't pollute the main section and it'd just be a word of mouth like system. No PayPal deals. We just seem to have a lot of people that travel to the various tracks around here. Well, thanks again for the consideration.

Why not start a chicago for sale thread? No reason for a whole sub-forum. The Northwest forum has a "NW for sale" thread. Maybe Matt would be okay with that?

I think sub-forums are just cleaner. Some listings have lots of pictures. Some will post the same thing a lot. I still think a sub-forum is a nice neat solution but I won't fight for it. No biggie.
