change user name?

just wondered if i can change user name and keep my feedback score? some may think its not good, but all have been taken care of. want to change it to my real name " Mike Daniels" is this possible???

I would like to change mine to civcruisin (forum moderator) Can that be done?? Or at least Chat Lounge moderator?? I can assure you I would do a better job than is being done now! promise!!
