any1 know a good setup for sc10 running indoor carpet stadium

i need some help seting up my sc10 i have some stuff already done to it but not seeing alot of good outcome from the setup i have so for the sake of everything im gonna say im staring from scratch with rtr sc10 from there where should i go, oils, shock positions, ride height etc...
P.S. o and i am running a 13.5 novak motor with a venom pro brush system
