I know there were a number of private clubs who had their own forums on RCtouring. We will be more than happy to set up similar areas for you to use here on RCTech.

Just send me a PM or post a reply to this thread with the forum name and which club it will be for, and I will set you up.

I believe that PSY87 would like to have it back up again. I think that there are a few IRT members that made the move from Tech Talk to RCtouring, to RCTech.

Could I get a Minnesota Racing forum up, even though it was never on RCTouring? I'll ask people from the track on TechTalk if they'd like one... The track does have it's own site, but no message board yet, and I don't know if they plan on having one. I'd like to know if it could be done, before I tell anyone that I can get them a forum...

I'd be happy to add a Minnesota Racing forum. All you gotta do is get your friends to come on over and start posting. If you'd like to link the forum to your club's homepage, that's fine as well -- we do the same thing for our club, MARCCA.

Thanks man! I posted at Tech Talk that there's a Minnesota Racing Thread here. I know alot of people are annoyed at having threads deleted out of the blue, and not being allowed to type a URL. Hopefully it'll be used.

Yea, that's pretty much exactly how I got involved in all of this stuff to begin with. Our local club used to post on TTT all the time but posts would mysteriously disappear, users would get deleted for seemingly no reason, and all in all it was a genuine mess. I appreciate what Ernie has over there but it doesn't really allow for a "community" to exist, just a lot of one-shot threads and Trinity back-slapping.
