How I made a MOVING AVATAR - my easy to follow how to guide! ;)
Save you animation images as 1.GIF, 2.GIF from Microsoft Pain program
upload the images in order from http://gickr.com/upload_files select under Size (100px wide)
click Next, then click download animation of just save as the animation you see
this animation is too big, if you upload it as your avatar it won't work. you've gotta resize it
go to http://www.smileygenerator.us/t/gifresize/index.php
Browse- open the gickr animation you saved - select .7 actual size (under scaling factor drop down menu)
click send
at the bottom of the page it says something like
the width has to be less than 80 and the height has to be less than eighty. keep resizing until you are successful.
then save the animation by right clicking on it and save as then go to your rctech user control panel - http://www.rctech.net/forum/profile.php?do=editavatarupload your animation as your avatar and you should be all set!
