Low input voltage reading on your ICE charger has nothing to do with the LiPo battery being charged.
It means that the power source you're using has fallen below 11.3 volts and your ICE charger can't pull enough power from it to charge a battery. We had this problem when trying to power our ICE off of a marine battery that had run partly low. I switched to a 13A DC power supply that consistently outputs 12.4 V and it runs two of them non-stop both charging at 6A.

Although not recommended by Duratrax, you can put a trickle charger on your truck battery to keep it over 12V while your ICE is drawing from it.

also if your charger has a stable voltage, you might of not used lipo cutoff on your esc, causing your battery to go below recommended voltage, usually chargers error out if a lipo is drained lower than the recommended voltage.
