Angry No smiles, no attachments.....??? HELP

Hi,

Hopefully someone can help me.....Whenever I go to put up a post or post reply, once in that page, I cannot use any of my smiles.....none, they will not go up onto the screen. Yes it is enabled and I have tried several times but with no luck. I have also noticed, that when I go to post a picture on the same page, it doesn't give me the option to do so.....just shows attachments that will work??? Don't know what is going on????

Help please..... bwende@shaw.ca

Thanks,

Brent

futureal- I have noticed that the photo quality of a photo after you click on a thumbnail is degraded. This happens in Microsoft front page also when you resize a pic. The problem is corrected with the function resample. I wonder if that is available here. When you click on the large picture with the black background it reverts to the full size and good quality of the picture that was saved.
Could we just skip the fuzzy picture in the black background and go back to where we were before the upgrade or possibly solve this problem.

Here is a sample. Click on the thumbnail, then click on the fullsize and get a better quality result.
