New stuff looks good!

It's nice to see something change every once in a while

I see that a poster's location is no longer shown. Is there a reason? I found that information very useful sometimes. Thanks.

That's on the to-fix list. Not sure exactly when we'll get to it, but it's on there.

I'm having trouble since the upgrade.
I am constantly logged in on my computer.
Before I would arrive and the threads would have the topics NOT read by me in Bold.
Now, everything has been read when I get here?
I only get Bolds of new posts, SINCE my arrival at RCTech?
(Meaning, if I arrive 9am, All posts made after 9am will be Bold)
It used to be a snap before to see what was not read, now its a pain.
Am I doing something wrong?

Try logging out (using the Log Out button in the upper right), closing your browser, and then opening a new one and logging back in. Alternately you could also try clearing your browser cookies, although that would affect all sites you visit.

The most likely cause of this is when the cookie becomes damaged or corrupted somehow.

One question is on insert HTML link the previous version allowed you to name the link. Example... Best R/C Site how do you do this now? sorry example did not work..But is this still possible or just haven't figured out the code for it?

Thanks...

Sorry I think I figured it out a little tougher then having the nice name your link window...

The actual code for doing that is:

[ url=http://your.site.here ]Link Name[ /url ]

Without the spaces before the brackets, of course.

I had the same problem after the upgrade. I had to clear all my cookies.

I find that the new PM notification pop-up doesn't work in the Firefox browser (not sure about IE). Also, it seems that I can't "Okay" a PM read receipt in either Firefox or IE.
