where can I get them and how are they for performance?

Huh, never heard of them. Where did you hear about them? Pro-match and Kinetics are about the only ones that are tops for racing. Aside from that, I've ran ProSpec and MaxAmps and have been pleased with them for practice/club racing packs.

Epic's aren't bad if you've got connections to get the good ones...

I haven't heard of these intellect batteries, but would be interested if I could get some 1.17+ for a good price...

I have been using them with very good results.
I ran a stock motor for about 9.7 minutes on a real track with no sign of drop until right at 9.6 minutes. Remember these are unmatched. I think once SMC gets through with them (which they are the sole US importer/matcher bringing these cells out) they will give at least 10 minutes of usable run time.
The cells like it warm, it is a kick in the pants to read the little card that Intellect send with each box. It says "please charge these cells at 6Amps because the cells perform much better warm. IF you fail to do so you will not receive the best performance".
I almost fell out of my chair As the way they worded it. You know Chiness to english can get a bit scrambled.
Anyhow If people are looking to get some unmatched packs like me.
I found them on Ebay then being the penny pincher I sent a question to the seller and asked if I could make a deal. He resonded and said yes. SO after a bit of bardering with him I got him to sell me 20 cells shipped express (since he was in Hong Kong) for $90.00 by the way I made two six cell and two four cell. My friend split the cost because he thought $45.00 for two Four cell packs was great. And they are but for my trouble he didn;t care that I got the two six cell packs.
Hope all this makes since and helps you guys out.
I will probably buy some matched packs from SMC when my current packs go flat.

Wow... that's a pretty darn good deal. I need to find some... at least for practice. I suppose I could match my own packs... but I did that last week taking my old 4-cells and making 6-cells out of them... takes too much effort. Anyways, thanks for the lead.
