VTA 25.5 This Novak just isnt cutting it.

Looking for something that is ROAR approved and has a 12.3 rotor installed. I am not looking to spend top dollar on used junk, keep in mind I can buy a new Fantom for <$100. Just seeing whats out there. Would prefer a Maclan if possible.

Yes it is, Its just listed on the wrong spot, but it is on there.
