Good day all. Looking for an upgraded hinge pin set for the inferno gt2/mp 777. Interested in the racers edge hinge set (which uses nuts instead of c clips) or any other equivalent brands. Also open to suggestions of what other vehicles hinge pins I can use on my gt2. Must be stronger than original and use nuts.

New or used, 2 sets would be ideal. (for 2 cars)

I was in the same boat as you, first off, I am building a HB d8t and the rear inner hinge pins seem to be a direct fit, although I have only quickly tested on a disassembled gt2 but at $5 usd there not that much to try and test. Secondly I bought these.

It says they are for the st-rr/evo but going by the bulkhead part numbers for the mp777 they are the same bulkheads for the gt2/mp777/st-rr and so on so I am hoping they will be a direct fit, as before, I quickly checked and they seem to be fine, I simply have so many other projects as well as waiting on a back order that I haven't had the chance to assemble everything.
