I'm looking to buy new or decent tread used Proline Slicers for use on a T4.

Slicers are a SCT tire. I have these for $9 shipped to a U.S. address:

These tires are like the JC Carvers.

I have a set of ST fronts which look like Slicers.
That's what I need.
