I haven't owned one of those motors but it looks like male bullets are connected to the endbell and you solder females onto the wires.

There is nothing missing or damaged that's the way the v3 motors are you have to solder female bullets on your motor wires I will include them with the motor

I see, i've only had the SP motors that had the solder tabs on the back before. Thanks for the clarification
