So you want a high-end motor, but not a Tekin hu? Im confused....

Either way, I've got a Tekin T8 2250 truggy motor that iz about ready to sit on a shelf... I got it back from Tekin in March... and I sold my erevo as a roller last month... I bet I don't have more than 10 packs on the new bearings.

Let me know your price if you're interested.

LOL!!! high end yes, tekin....ehhhh...no. I like stuff no one else has. i agree they are high end and so is castle, but i don't like the "stigma" around tekin and i'm just ready to move on from castle.

just want something different, nothing personal!

my price is whatever, no budget. just want something crazy!

okay. I'm just wondering then... what is a different high end motor that isn't a Tekin?

I mean do you think of something like a HPI motor high end?

or an Orion maybe? I'm really just wondering what else you call High end.

That is a dang good question. Hence, I've started a thread on it, there are options, people just usually don't think of them.

Orion...ehh, not really. Looking at Novak, Viper, (Tenshock cuz I'm curious about this whole 6 pole thing), Thunder Power, Team Trinity, LRP, Feigao, Lehner and yes, Tekin.

Well if talkin high end sensored there not many but why bother the sensor is only used for slow driving anyway for cogging. But in your list of motors u forgot neu motors -which is the only reason the castle car line of motors exist they r of the highest quality hand built bl motors out there and if price is not an issue dont bother with any others

I want sensored for heat management and yes, precision. I have the 2200 and 2650 Castles and although they are truly RIDICULOUSLY POWERFUL, you will notice when looking into them, the amperage draw on the MMM is very low compared to most sensored esc's....and I want more amps, more more more!

Then quit wasting time and get with Kershaw and buy a 2028 castle motor and a Kershaw esc designed to handle 16s. And see how many parts you can destroy! This set up is known to be capable of upwards of 20HP and do anything you can think of! This is the system in my 1/5 losi 5ive and it is as smooth as anyone could ask for and more power/torque you can ever physically use! Get ready to record some amperage draws and watt readings that are insane!! Jmo
