I want your burned up Tekin stuff
I'm sending some warranty stuff back to Tekin and since the shipping is so much I want to make it worth my while. Anybody have any toasted Tekin RS/RS Pros/RX8s that they'd want to sell cheap? Let me know via PM.

What tidy profit? I use them. It ends up costing more to send them in then buying a used one....especially if I have to pay for the burned up old one. Tekin RSs sell for around $100 used. Tell me how I could make money on them when I have to pay Tekin up to $80 to fix them and then I have to pay shipping both ways.....and then the $25+ for core. I send in a bunch once a year and they usually last a the year. I still have 2 from the last repair order. Granted, if I have ten of them laying around I'll sell a couple but I don't even break even.
Anyway.....BUMP. I need your toasted Tekins. If you're like a lot of others you have one laying around but you've moved on to Orion.....instead of staring at your useless esc thats sitting on the bench sell it to me so that I can use it.
edit 1/3/13: where are all the tekins that I send in and sell for a tidy profit? I've been selling a lot of stuff but 0 tekins for 6 months.....where'd they go? where my bills?

I have a RS that was going back but found a used one here for $75 and works great. The best part was the profile on it. I also live in the AV, how much are they worth?

I have a Tekin RS not working but not fried. Just quit functioning. Lights blink in a pattern not described in the manual. I will sell it for $25.00 shipped
