Okay now i cant let this post slide. how did you mosh the gears in that servo? we have to hear the story of this!

Nothing miraculous I just caught a pipe. The lower gear in the servo is brass and that brass gear stripped. I called hitec, they sent me a free replacement gear and somehow it was misplaced in my house. The servo was over $100 and I wanted $40-50 bucks for it. I replaced it with a Futaba BLS451 and all is well now.
