I have a foam tire truer, $35 shipped.

It is an Eagle racing brand DC only with adjustable from 0deg to + or - 3deg cutting, forward and reverse and stop switch and a touringcar wheel arbor. PM me if you would like some pics.

I've got a Team Cobra Tire Truer....with motor on it. And a few arbors....1/10th scale I believe? Never used it myself, but I have turned it on to ensure it works...seems to work great.
