want to try a 3s lipo
I am currently running 4s lipo and I wanted to try a 3s lipo to see if there is a difference in speed and weight.

there will be a difference in speed. you wont see a weight difference, unless you are using it in a plane or heli. General rule with electric is to use a low Kv motor, with higher voltages. that gives you more efficiency, which mean longer runtimes, and less heat, which means less wear and tear on your electronics.
