bought an engine off of ebay and the only thing missing is the retainer for the carb. Of course it wasn't listed in the auction as missing it, and the guy claims not to have looked at the engine for months (he had to ship it didn't he?). Anyway, the engine is useless without this part, so hopefully someone with a .28 or .21 that doesn't need this can help me.
