RC Migs

Been looking for these GPM wheels with mounted foams but haven't been able to find them. The foams on them are actually bigger in diameter but I trued them down quite a bit. They are not 10th scale but they do have a touring car hex mount on the back. I really don't know what they're made to fit. If anyone has any info about where I might find these, please let me know...
