The Pengiun TC-4 is the only one that would fit that description.

I believe it doesn't have the center top plate instead it has the side rails.

i have one with a bunch of spare parts and springs.
also comes with a brand new front one way and serval sets of outdrives.
I was asking 225 canadian for it.
I do accept trades, I am always looking for tools, new motors, good servos and especially a hudy lathe.
