Default SOLD

SOLD

Up for sale is a Trinity Monster Max Certified 17.5. This motor is crazy fast and has the some of best top end speeds of any of the 17.5 motors I have ran. This motor has been ran in a stock 2wd buggy. SOLD

No Trades, Paypal Only, Shipping in the US Only, PM me with questions and offers

Update: I had the incorrect information on the motor. The motor is actually a Monster Horsepower motor and not the max as listed.

I do not have the case or paperwork for this motor.

Update: I was incorrect with the information in this post. This was not a Monster Max, It is a Monster Horsepower. Item # TRITEP1502X0B

I bought it from another individual as a certified motor. I didn't buy it new so I don't know the history of it only what I was told.

It has already shipped today. If you are concerned and don't want the motor ship it back to me the day you get it and I will send you a refund when I get the motor back.

Maybe that information should have been noted on the original post. I'll be waiting to see the buyers response is when the motor arrives.

That information was relayed to the buyer in PM's. I have sent the buyer another PM telling him the same thing about the refund I wrote on this post and he has not responded.

I have never once had an issue on this site and my feedback speaks for itself. If he doesn't want the motor I don't want the box to be opened I just want it shipped directly back to me and I will give him a full refund when I have the motor back.

Michael, I asked "Which model number is this motor" to which you provided a model number. It was never divulged to me prior to the sale that there was any modifications to "Item # is TRITEP1506XOB"... Nor was there any indication of such. What was shared in a PM was that you obtained this motor from a Trinity sponsored driver and that the motor was fast. Michael, I am not trying to bash you in any way, I simply asked if I should be concerned that the motor appears to be different than what a "TRITEP1506XOB" is. Is it possible that this is a "TRITEP1506XOB" that has been customized? Absolutely. Is there a way I can confirm the model number when I receive it as I am new to the hobby and not familiar with Trinity motors at all? If this motor is a "TRITEP1506XOB" then that's what I want and that's what was stated for sale. No issues...

I have no idea how to tell if it is a certified motor or not. From the pictures and the a main description I am guessing I was sold something other then what I was told. I guess I should have done my research better. I know the motor is fast and ran really good compared to my Tekin motor which was also fast just had to be geared different then the Trinity.

I am not going to argue on a forum. I have been in this hobby for 25 years and have bought and sold items for a long time on this forum. When you receive the box ship it back to me and I will send you a refund. It is that simple. I will contact USPS tomorrow and see if I can stop shipment. Once I have the motor back in my hands I will send you a full refund

Michael, it also appears to be missing the "MAX" branding on the can? Which would lead me to believe this is a "TEP1502XOB"?
