Q: What's the condition of the engine?
A: I'm selling this car for a friend who isn't computer savvy. He got the car in a trade with some other items. Those other items were the main items of interest in that particular trade; the truck was just the icing on the cake. Neither he, nor I, have ran it. To make this truck RTR, the motor needs a sleeve, a glow plug, 4 screws for the head, an air filter boot, and either a pull-start assembly or a back-plate (depending on your starting preferences).
I've verified that the electronics are in good working order, with it sitting on my desk, but aside from that, I haven't done much with it.

In the interest of full disclosure, I took the engine out for a few close-ups. Below are those pictures. In the process, I noticed that the engine would also need the following parts: two washers (p/n 7368), one bearing (p/n 6902), one e-clip (p/n 2661), one cut-off nut (that's what it's called - p/n 7620), and one washer (p/n 7618).
It's best to consider this truck as an almost RTR with some cool upgrades.
I also forgot to mention that the throttle servo is a Futaba S3004.
