It's complete with blue motor plate that it comes with as well. For an additional $10 I'll add the black mip motor plate as well.

What advantage does this give over the stock case? How much more weight is it? Looks like a nice set up.

8 grams over stock in a good spot. Its much more precise than the stock box and its incredible at dissipating heat.
