$95 shipped. Engine has great compression, internals look good, no rod/pin play. Will make someone a great inexpensive engine. I took engine apart in shop and made sure all looked good.

I'll consider reasonable offers guys. It's not a top of the line race mill but this get someone racing and do just fine.
