It's official. It's been 2 weeks today since seller received payment and still no motor. I could have walked to pick it up and been back.

He said he shipped it first class padded envelope. Text me a picture of a receipt that shows my city and zipcode and is saying that since he mailed it out he is not responsible for it anymore and will not do anything to make it right. It's been 3 weeks since it was supposed to be delivered.

That and a tracking number. As a seller, it IS YOUR responsibility to make sure that the buyer either gets the item he bought or a refund.
