SC10.2 with RCRD Centro based MM Conversion
All Sold
I'm sad to have sell both of my SC10.2 Centro conversions. I've been running one for the last 6 months with great success. Its got to be one of the best all around SC trucks there is....period. If you strapped Kyosho shocks on it it would be better than the SC6 (in my opinion, I have both). It is durable, super simple, and very versatile. Its also very light and a purpose built MM not an either/or convertable. The best part is that it is serviceable with AE parts making it cheap to maintain.
I had these built by RCRD and spared no expense. The rollers would cost you at least $600. The chassis is lazer cut aluminum as is the rear shock tower (each truck will have a spare tower). Its uses an X-Factory rear mount for the bumper and a Jconcepts Centro rear bulkhead and pivots. They both have a pucks system, avid centering kit, slipper eliminator and the best of everything else. I use the factory one bushings and RSD clear o rings etc etc. They also include optional battery stops so that you can run a shorty or square pack. The beauty of these is that you can mover the electronics and lipo around the truck quite a bit so the adjustability is almost unlimited. The used truck will come with the body shown and I can throw in tires, depending on what you need, as well.
These trucks cost a mint to build because the conversion chassis kit is $190, the kit was $275, the pucks system was $70, and the JConcepts & Centro parts were over $100. I'm asking $265 each for the rollers shipped in the lower 48. Buy both and I'll make it worth your while and include almost all the AE stuff that I have left. Read my feedback.....that says a lot.
The one that I used has the bottom polished. I used a chassis liner on it so the bottom is still in excellent shape except for the very tail of the chassis. The second truck has not been run yet and I have the new bumpers and body mounts which simply bolt on like stock. PM me with questions. I'm simply selling because I have to run Kyosho. If I had the same support from AE I'd run these forever.
