Does it come with wheels and tires? Does it come with a body? Are you firm on the asking price?

Yes it comes with 2 sets of new wheels and a couple of sets of used wheels and tires. It will have my used body on it. It will also include parts. Arms, castor blocks, a ring gear and other misc items.
