No longer need this 17.5. Ran for one month in stock buggy. Comes as pictured with 12.5 high torque rotor.

Its Has Been Teched At Large Event. To Make Sure No One Is Cheating They Measure Rotors And Stators T Make Sure Its All Legal Then Paint The Screw SO They Can Tell When Its Been Messed with
